Made with organic barley from the US Midwest and organic German hops, Naughty Otter is about relaxing, forgetting the stress of work, recovering from cutting the grass or just unwinding. This beer is partially filtered so it has a craft beer look and feel, it has an IBU of 24 which means it is hoppier than most domestic beers. 178 Calories per 12 oz serving.

NAUGHTY OTTER LAGER

Bell Ringer IPA is a west coast-style IPA: hoppy, unfiltered, unpasteurized and raw. Made with Cascade, Chinook and Centennial hops, and with an IBU in the low 60s, this beer replaces our successful Train Wreck Strong Ale which was discontinued in 2013.

BELL RINGER IPA

Our full-flavoured light beer. Refreshing, crisp, easy-to-drink. It has flavours of breadiness, graininess and a soft hop taste in the finish. The body of the beer is light with medium carbonation, leading to a crisp finish that cleanses the palate. Although the beer is unfiltered it is remarkably clear. This beer would pair well with fish, poultry and aged cheddar cheese.

Light in alcohol and moderately bitter. This beer is dry hopped for a period of 7 days to impart a nice citrus aroma to it without adding extra bitterness. The beer has an above average carbonation and is made with Summit and Comet hops.

COOPER'S HAWK PALE ALE

6.9% ABV

Black Bear is an Eisbock style beer, although it does not share many of the common characteristics traditionally associated with the style. First the beer is brewed and fermented as usual, but upon transfer to the condition tank the beer is actually frozen which concentrates the flavours and increases the alcohol percentage. This beer will have hints of coffee, chocolate, or a mixture of both depending on how you taste.

BLACK BEAR BOCK

A true craft sessionable ale - light in alcohol yet retains a taste familiar to craft beers. Rusty Shark is our newest line in our "Terroir Series", meaning, the beer is made from local Rye Malts and hops grown and harvested at Ironwood Organic farms. With a dry finish it pairs well with a patio or dock!
